Bathroom singers can now have better music while they have bath. Pioneer launches its waterproof speaker ‘Happy AQUA (model: AS-PS66)’ designed for bathroom-use in Korea market, which can be equipped with a music player. Supporting up to 0.3W output power, it is expected to be available in mid April.
Miniskirt and cellphone? Samsung Electronics launched ‘Miniskirt Season 2’, an upgraded version of its existing ‘Minisirt’ phone. The new Miniskirt phone (model No: SCH-C225/SPH-C2205/SPH-C2255) features ‘Smile Shot’ function that captures smiling moment of subjects.

Reigncom (www.reigncom.com) launched its all-in-one mp4 player ‘irier E100′ in Korea market. Equipped with 2.4-inch(60.96mm) TFT-LCD screen, the E100 adopted D-Click, the company’s advanced clicking method that was employed at Clix, enhancing usability.

Fujifilm Korea announced the launch of its 11M high-end digital camera ‘FinePix S100FS’ featuring Film Simulation (FS) modes that allows photographers to select the ideal film mode with a choice of four modes that optimized for portraiture, low-contrast, vibrant colors, or general use.
The FinePix S100FS is equipped with a 28mm~400mm F2.8-F5.3 14.3X optical zoom lens, Fujifilm’s 8th generation 2/3-inch Super CCD sensor with 11-megapixel, third generation RP III processor, a 2.5-inch tilt LCD and ISO capabilities of up to ISO 6400.
Scheduled to be released on 14th March, it is expected to be available for below 900,000 KRW.
Panasonic expects to launch its UMPC ToughBook based on Intel Atom processor, which will be released in 3Q of 2008. Running on Windows Vista OS, the ToughBook adopts a 5.6-inch touch panel. It weights less than 1kg. We earlier have seen tough notebooks also and derive a conclusion that whenever the word ‘tough’ is added to any new gagdget, it means its going to be expensive and ugly!
LG Electronics presented its global hit model ‘Shine (model: L705iX)’ in Japan market through NTT DoCoMo, which comes in gold color.
