From experience of my life I have learned some tricks which save some precious time daily and I have that few extra minutes in life for doing thins in no hurry. So no more talk and let’s get straight to point:

Tip 1: You bath daily, don’t you? Then why not shave in bathroom instead? Shaving in bathroom saves upto 15 min as your beard is already wet, soft and you don’t need to apply any shaving cream. You can use the same bathing soap of even shampoo that you use to wash hair. What you can do is when you apply shampoo on hair, use some part on beard and while you wait for the shampoo to do its work on hair, you can use the razor to shave.

Tip 2: Wear Laceless Shoes. When you wear shoes with lace, you procedure is like this – you pick up the shoes, site somewhere then adjust the lace so that your foot can go inside the shoes then tie the knot. This may take upto 2 minutes of you life daily which is 1 hour per month. Think about it, you are spending one hour every month just touching your shoes! When you wear laceless shoes, you just put your feet in them and walk away! It takes just about 5 seconds!

Tip 3: Get central locking installed in your car or best you can have is keyless entry. Using keys to open your car door is time consuming. More time consuming is checking all the doors if they are locked or not after parking your car. With central locking, no need to tell that you can lock and unlock doors with a push of a button. Another few seconds time saving tip here is push that button while you walk away from your car as there is no need to specially stand facing remote towards the car and then pushing the button. There is one more very useful advantage of having this feature in your car which I’ll tell later as that is something totally off topic.

Tips 4: Avoid unnecessary conversation on phone when network is not clear. You can always do those non serious talks when you meet that person or when network is clear or you are browsing thru boring spreadsheet in your office!

You might be spending a lot of money on promoting your website, buying adwords and even buying links on popular websites but you can always find some very cheap method of promotion working quite well. For example if your website is more for local people in your city, then it’s quite useless to advertise using adwords. You will not get much traffic, and if you get then it will not be quality traffic. For these sites, simple posters on busy places will do. Stick them everywhere; however make sure you don’t dirty your city walls. If your friend is going to gas station, hand him one or two posters and advice him to stick it where people can spot it easily. There are endless places to stick a poster which simply display your website URL and a brief note about it so that people can know what they can get from your website. Sticking posters can lead to troubles in some places so just avoid doing it there and don’t blame me if cops catch you!

If you have a visiting card then just look behind it, there is so much space unused! The person whom you gave your card yesterday maybe is using your visiting card to write another important number (or just anything) behind your card. Stop him by using that space. You can simply put links of all your websites (and of friends as well) and you can ask your friends also to include your sites links on the back of their visiting card and they will definitely agree. Some good ones will agree without asking anything and some will confirm that you have their website links on the back of your visiting card as well! Noting to worry about as both of them are good friends of yours as long as they include link, latter are just smarter.

We trust Google so much that if it’s not found after Googling around the net, then it does not exist! Sometimes when we are searching for something rare, we are bound to get very unusual search results in Google. This does not mean that what you are searching is non existent. What you need to do is just try another search engine and chances are that you will get a relevant site link within first search. Google is best, no doubt about that but this does not mean that if Google is not able to find you relevant site links, other search engines will also not work. So next time you are not satisfied with your search result, just try other search engines as well.

When you are doing a dynamic website project, it may need you to make forms to collect user information. Almost every website has contact us form which mostly consist of name, email, comment and phone number etc. These forms are easy to make and data can be sent to an email id or stored somewhere. If all you want is send data to an email id, then all you have to do is write few lines of code and use mail() function but if you need to store the data, story is different! Storing data means use of database and since you cannot read data directly from logging in database panel and reading tables, you will need to make an interface from where stored data can be read. This is where admin panel is needed. Making form and then connecting it to database, setting up admin panel to view stored data requires lot of coding. If you know coding well even then it takes some time to do this, otherwise you hire a programmer to do it for you.

I have always noticed this that people have tendency to keep only limited number of shoes and sandals and try hard to match them with their outfits and occasions. Every occasion needs different style of footwear. For example if you are going to beach, you can’t just wear your leather Comfort Shoes because they will not only get spoiled but also not look cool. Having many pairs of shoes means you not only have better match for your dress but also less wear and tear of your shoes. Less wear and tear means longer life as well.

Name Brands Shoes and you think of insane price tags, however this is not true for every popular brand. If you look around for shoes on online stores, then you will find good quality shoes at very tempting prices. I suggest making a list of your daily activities and then look for types of shoes you need. Never try to mix shoes for different occasions. Walking shoes will never be comfortable enough for jogging. Jogging shoes have special design which makes them perfect for jogging.

If you do lots of outdoor activities like visiting sites, trekking, rock climbing and other sports then you should consider more rugged shoes like Ugg Boots. You cannot avoid spammers, at least once or twice you are going to get spam mail. When you create a new email ID, you are not spammed at all but once you start using that email ID, you also start getting spam mails. So how these spammers come to know about you email ID? There are many places on internet from where these spammers gather emails but I am writing only those which are popular.

- You join a website whose administrator is an evil person and sell user email ID with his/her private information as well.

- You join a website whose administrator is non techcy and webmaster leaks email to his spammers friends.

- You post your email ID in forums and other portals where this email id is crawled by special software’s used by spammers to collect emails from web pages.

- Your email id is in contact list of your friend (which is obvious) and your friend’s computer is infected with spyware. All his contact emails are stolen with some private information as well and then personalized spam mails are sent. A real example I would like to give here, I met my old friend on social networking site and she was in Russia. Now she added me in her contact list and her laptop was infected in spyware. Since we were talking about Russia, how that place is which means word “Russia” was sent to spammers along with my email ID. Now these spammers send me those famous Russian Bride spam mails!

Even if we escape from first three possibilities, we cannot control what’s going on in our friend’s computer. Best thing to do is educate your friends about spywares, malwares, data miners and other bad stuff. You can also create an email ID only for signing up non serious websites and keep a private email ID for serious work.
