Holding mouse the right way!

Buying a new mouse? Wait read this and you may do a lot good to your finger. This is true for everyone and every brand / design / type of mouse.
People who work longer on computer and their work involves lots of mouse use (e.g., web designer or gamer) must have noticed a slight stiffness or pain in index finger joint. It happens due to continuous clicking on mouse button which hurts the joint. When we are in a serious work or indulge in a good computer game we dont notice how hard we are clicking and doing the damage to the finger.

To avoid this pain, we need to avoid useless clicks, I mean wherever the enter key or some other key on keyboard can do the work, it must be used instead of click, also taking a few minutes break from some time of work is also good.
Mouse which we use must also of right shape. The basic things are:
- It should not be too small or too big.
- Fit snugly in your palm.
- Must be an Optical / Laser
- Light weight
- The most important, its button must not have a flat head !
Flat head ? yes, the buttons on mouse should not be flat, it should be curvy to adjust whole finger on it and not just the tip of finger
Flat head button makes us click using the tip of finger which causes more harm to finger joints, while those round shaped spread the force on the whole finger evenly.
So whenever you buy mouse, look for the round button design of any other design which makes clicking easier on finger.
I will recommend intex mouse which you can buy here
