Pomelo a boon for diabetic

Very few people know how much beneficial is Pomelo for your health. Forget the benefits; most of us don’t even recognize this fruit. We have a tree of this fruit and anyone coming to our home asks what’s that big fruit is how it tastes and all sorts of stuff. It’s a citrus fruit and I will say that it doesn’t taste great. It’s slightly bitter, sour and slightly sweet. However this fruit is best for people who are diabetic or having any kind of liver problem. This medicinal property of this fruit is known to few people and hence we don’t see this fruit commonly in our fridge. The fruit has quite large pulp but it’s always recommended to eat with pulp rather than extracting the juice and mixing sugar which is not going to be much healthy drink anyway. However, if you don’t like the taste very much, you can take it with salt and pepper as that will reduce its bitterness. I recommend people with any kind of liver or digestive problem to take one small bowl of pulp of Pomelo everyday and you will notice improvement in just four days.
