nokia battery explode

Recently Nokia released information on their website that some batteries of model BL-5C may explode which are manufactured by Matsushita Battery Industrial Co. Ltd. of Japan between December 2005 and November 2006. You can get your battery replaced if it is manufactured under same period and to check the same you can do it here
Mine was detected as unsafe and there was a short form to fill on the site and Nokia promised to send me a replacement battery and instructions on how to dispose the current one.
