After some days of releasing its new operating system Windows Vista, Microsoft stopped the supply of Windows XP for the new systems but now on demand, this OS production is extended for 5 months. I have myself seen people using Vista were always experiencing compatibility issues like their old software was not working or some device failed to recognize their computer after they upgraded to Vista. Upgrading to newer version of software which support vista is easy but buying new hardware just because of OS not recognizing is sure a pain. I think Microsoft forgot to release windows xp sp3 or there will be no sp3 for xp which was indeed much needed.
