Windows Vista and Customer support

If you do most of your daily work on PC like me, you are happy how easy it has made our life by automating several tasks and performing then quickly but sometimes there are problems too. For example I am working on a file and after typing I realize that the computer (either application software or OS itself) is not responding which we call in daily used term is computer freeze. This will really annoy me and waste a lot of time and cause frustration and even loss of money in case the data was very important one. Operating system is the heart of any PC and a rock solid operating system means rare (almost no) computer freeze and your applications runs more efficiently and smoothly. Windows Vista is one example of solid operating system which is perfect for not only home and entertainment use but business use as well where there is no room for mistakes. Microsoft is very prompt in providing customer service, like few days back I was experiencing some problem in windows update and just one email was enough to light a spark in their customer support team. I immediately received an email with solution to my problem and I also received a call from support team regarding my problem and my problem was solved in no time.
