Mobile content monitoring specialists report that 3G service users are not able to fully utilize the service. Many of them are not aware of all the features and also confused with the phone software’s. People are downloading content several times as they don’t know how it’s getting saved when it was streamed and also stay away from premium content. There is a need to change the 3G mobiles service, make it interactive and too the point so that majority of people can make use of it.
